Have you ever played inside the playground of your mind? where happiness and sorrow have a seesaw named after them and the swings belong to mood & company? Where you tread lightly on a balance beam so you stay centered to prevent a fall. The climb up from the slide is always harder but the happier moments of glee coming down feel like they flew by?

The basketball may go up but it has to come down, and sometimes you may aim and shoot and yet not be a winner, to make another basket you must try and try again. The laws of gravity and integrity, are both instilled in the playground and they definitely help strengthen the fabric of your psyche. The purpose is to play, in this playground of life, you can be happy or sad when the playground closes for you, your time shall be up so you be the judge, would you like to make the effort to use the tools given to you and possibly enjoy the process or would you rather sit on the sidelines and never know because you never even tried.

So much to be learned about our psychology from time spent at the playground. Life is the most prepared teacher, taking us from youth into age and giving us seasons, nature and the power to experience to help us cope, and yet not be bogged by every memory, so a little fun can become the motivation behind unravelling this mystery of life
